Welcome to the NEW Afrikan Journal for Pan-Vitalism and Social Phenomena, a new publication of Afrika Centre for Intangible Phenomena Studies (ACIPS) being hosted on our platform. This library section is a treasure trove of meticulously researched articles that delve into the rich tapestry of Afrikan culture, traditions, and spirituality. This journal is a testament to the authentic Afrikan worldview, offering insights into the genuine cultural practices of the people, while also engaging in critical discourse on the impact of colonialism and the resurgence of spirituality in modern Afrika. We explore the influential role of Afrikans, both on the continent and in the diaspora, in shaping these narratives. Currently, we are spearheading conversations on the intersection of Afrikan spirituality and the digital realm, examining its potential contributions to the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR). We invite scholars and community members alike to contribute to this vital dialogue, as we confront the challenges of declining social standards and strive to be the vanguard in this significant literary and cultural exploration. Submissions are now open – join us in setting the pace for this crucial conversation. For information visit ACIPS website. To submit a paper see above to down call for papers and to Click.

"It is clear that we must find an Afrikan solution to our problems, and that this can only be found in Afrikan unity. Divided we are weak; united, Afrika could become one of the greatest forces for good in the world."

“Today we are faced with a challenge that calls for a shift in our thinking, so that humanity stops threatening its life-support system. We are called to assist the Earth to heal her wounds and in the process heal our own - indeed to embrace the whole of creation in all its diversity, beauty and wonder. Recognizing that sustainable development, democracy and peace are indivisible is an idea whose time has come”

“There must surely be much more to be said than the mere recounting of an incident: about the loves and hates of my people; their desires; their poverty and affluence; their achievements and failures; their diligence and idleness; their cold indifference and enthusiasm; their sense of the comic; their full-throated laughter and their sense of the tragic with its attendant emotional sobs and ostentations signs of pity.”

“This complexity described in the Bantu-Kongo word for person, muntu is a ‘set of concrete social relationships ... a system of systems; the pattern of patterns in being’ The person is contextualized as a system participating in other systems, a pattern, a ripple that is sourced and from a source.”

"I am a humanist, and as a humanist, anything concerning the human condition, the progress of man, civilization, the human thinking, knowledge especially, are some of the things that I take very personally." -

"Also, I think that it will be necessary to put together polyvalent scientific teams, capable of doing in-depth studies, for sure, and that's what's important. It bothers me when someone takes me on my word without developing a means of verifying what I say... We must form a scientific spirit capable of seeing even the weaknesses of our own proofs, of seeing the unfinished side of our work and committing ourselves to completing it. You understand? Therefore we should then have a work which could."

"Throughout history, it has been the inaction of those who could have acted; the indifference of those who should have known better; the silence of the voice of justice when it mattered most; that has made it possible for evil to triumph."
Nanahenewaa-Wangari-Ntombikayise ePublicationsWe appeal to our visitors to ponder on what they read in this section as examples of how Afrikans learn and leave ethically in times past and are conscientiously guided.
